Try this yummy dessert topping!
1. Place coconut milk, cane juice and syrup in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat. Whisk well, bring to a boil and boil for 15 minutes, whisking thoroughly every few minutes.
2. Turn heat to medium low and add vegan butter, vanilla, salt and agar flakes. Whisk until smooth and remove from heat.
3. Continue to whisk regularly as caramel cools, to avoid settling or lumping.
4. Pour into squeeze bottle or jar for serving.
