1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Combine all ingredients, except chips and sour cream, in a good food processor and blend until completely smooth. Blend really well.
3. Fold in “We Can’t Say It’s Sour Cream” and the chips, then pour into a greased 8′×8′ pan.
4. Bake 15-18 minutes, then let cool at least 10 minutes before trying to cut.
